Who should not use it

Do not use FinalWhistle if local law, your employer’s rules, or another obligation prohibits you from participating in experimental prediction, challenge, token, or blockchain software.

This beta is not offered for real money, real-world prizes, or investment use. Do not attempt to bridge, sell, or assign value to devnet SOL or positions.

Before a production launch

Jurisdiction-specific eligibility, age controls, and legal terms require independent counsel approval. Until that work is complete, this remains a devnet-SOL beta only.
